The Desert Blossoms (Father Ted Bobosh)

The wilderness and the dry land shall be glad, the desert shall rejoice and blossom; like the crocus it shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice with joy and singing. (Isaiah 35:1-2)

Despite the fact that it was still winter in the desert, and the spring bloom is a couple months away, there were in fact blossoms and color in the desert as can be seen in the photos above and below.

There is an amazing amount of color – in the plants, the birds, the rocks, the clouds, sunrises and sunsets.
